I am very pleased and appreciative of how Ms. Valerie Johnson worked with my family. Ms. Johnson made this process for my son very uncomplicated. It was already very unfortunate that my son experienced an injury at the hands of someone else at no fault of his own. Ms. Johnson made sure that we understood the entire process. Also, I would like to thank Miranda and staff for being available to talk with us. That really means alot.
