Although my case was not the right fit for this firm (as explained by the attorney), Attorney Herndon showed genuine compassion and educated me on my options for my particular situation. She was kind, patient, and didn’t belittle me for my lack of knowledge regarding legal matters. I am grateful for the time she took and now have a better understanding on how to move forward.
