He allowed me to intern at his office back in 2017 and then Mr. Williams offered me a full time job in 2020. He’s taught me a lot about the law. A+++ attorney.

I was sent to this office by another attorney who could not handle my case at the time. It was a very anxious time for me because I had waited until the last minute. That being said, Attorney Garcia from this firm handled my case with professionalism and expediency. He told me the possibilities from the worst case outcome to the best outcome. Fortunately it work out for the best. He was fair and honest.

Mr. Jay Garcia served us well in a domestic dispute which was brought on by a neighbor's indiscriminate fence building project. The neighbors just hauled off and installed 60 posts upon our property and decided to simply take away our driveway (a private driveway). When we said, "No, please stop this!'" the neighbor dragged us into court -- (2) courts! Criminal court and civil court. OK, so they built the fence upon us, wrongly, and then blamed us when we said no. That is not right--it breaks the 9th and the 10th commandments!! But you've gotta deal with people. Thanks to Mr. Garcia's skill and relational ability, the courtroom understood what was going on there. "They saw right through it." And so, we would highly recommend Mr. Garcia for resolution of the finer points of the law. -BR

Best lawyers I could’ve hired. They are very friendly, kind and compassionate and also they care about their clients. Had the best experience with them and the fact that they spoke Spanish helped my mother and I a lot.

On 10/13/22 my son was served with a ex parte, order from NC, for the 3rd time 800 miles from where we reside, I immediately called my Lawyer and he said you need a Lawyer in NC, so my husband and I immediately started making phone calls and I was getting very discouraged because no one was returning the calls, I prayed and made one more call to Attorney Eric Williams, and when I say my heart was palpitating with every ring and when the call was answered on the 2nd ring and the person answered and said “Hello Eric Williams” I immediately knew my family was about to gain addition to our family. He listened to me vent, I explained the situation, I provided documents as he needed, we had a conference call with my son and when I say he dived in our case, he provided nothing short of the law and assured me he would be ready for 2/28/23.
