I had an amazing experience working with April Ayscue! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like we had known each other for years! I knew a little about what to expect but she definitely went above and beyond. She worked with me to file as soon as possible and even worked with me to reschedule my signing appointment quickly after my son was born! My name is Rodney Debro & I am a mortgage loan officer with Victorian Finance. I have worked John T. Orcutt's office for several years in helping their clients either purchase a home or refinance their home to get their interest rates down. It is amazing how blown away people are to find out they can refinance or purchase while currently under a Chapter 13 plan. The staff is wonderful to work with and they are very knowledgeable. I have recommended clients to them were looking at options to restore their credit rating. Bankruptcy is not the end all/be all that it has been negatively portrayed to be. When you start thinking about talking to a bankruptcy lawyer your probable already in a stressful time in your life. The last thing you need is for the process to be more stressful. I'm in the last part of the process. My court date should be in Feb. The process has been very low stress. Granted my case was pretty straight forward and not complicated. From the moment I talked to Tara and finishing with Joseph, I felt like they really wanted to help. I'm not sure how the process went for others. I just hope everyone who has to go through it has as good of an experience as I did. I would have no problem recommended them to my friends and family.
