I was involved in an incident where my employer did not want to pay my workers compensation. I was injured to the point where I had to have surgery and I just couldn’t fight for myself anymore. Just by chance I found Kevin Ginsberg. It was nice to know I had time to recuperate in peace and finally have someone on my side. There is no other Worker’s Compensation lawyer who can come close to the outstanding work, collection of data, proceed as quickly and as professionally with a positive outcome other than Kevin Ginsberg.

In October 2017, I was rear ended and pushed Into another car. I was traumatized ,injured,and apprehensive about driving again. Kevin and Stephanie brought the paperwork to my home and walked me through the entire process. The staff was always knowledgeable and pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the outcome.
