Kevin Ginsberg was fantastic. He and his team were very quick and courteous. He was very straightforward. He has years of experience and was great at educating me on my options and letting me choose how to proceed without being pushy. I’d definitely work with him again.

On September 29th, I was in a car accident. I was left without work wondering how I was going to pay my bills. Kevin Ginsberg is wonderful and was easy to talk to and explained,the process I would face with my lawsuit, breaking it down in understandable terms....Stefanie is equally wonderful, easy to work with, kept me informed from start to finish. She answered all my questions thourougly and walked me through the process with patience and positivity. She was honest and forthright about what would be an equitable settlement for my particular case. She did a great job and exceeded my expectations. Kevin worked very thoroughly to make sure I got the best result possible in my employment related matter. He went the extra mile to make a visit to the hospital to learn things that he needed to because it was a healthcare related grievance. He told me from the beginning what a reasonable, fair and just outcome would be and worked diligently to get that for me. He was firm and deliberate in his negotiations with the opposing party's attorneys. He was supportive to me throughout this very difficult and stressful process. In all honesty, I am not sure what I would have done without Kevin Ginsberg's help after I was injured in a major automobile accident. He is truly an expert in his field and helped me to understand the often overwhelming process of dealing with hospitals, rehabilitation, and insurance claims. If I hadn't had his patience, competence, and compassion during the recovery process it would have made things very difficult for me due to a mild traumatic brain injury.
