Thanks to the Kornbluth-Ginsberg Law Group and especially Stefanie Rodriguez who handled my case! I never thought that I would need a personal injury attorney but the need arose after I was attacked by a dog at a restaurant. I won’t go too much into specifics but I will say that the manner that the restaurant handled the manner was beyond poor and inappropriate in that I was told to leave the restaurant after the dog attacked me unprovoked. I ended up having to get multiple rabies shots due to being unable to obtain to ask the owner if the dog had been vaccinated. Needless to say this situation caused me a lot of stress and I contacted the Kornbluth-Ginsberg Law Group. Ms. Rodriguez patiently walked me through every step of the process and kept me advised of the case’s progress. Ultimately a settlement was reached and helped me obtain some closure on this ugly incident. Hopefully as a result of Stefanie’s diligence the restaurant has or will make some changes in how employees are trained to deal with this or a similar type of situation. I decided to retain Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group after a hit and run which totaled my car and left me with back pain. They were recommended on my neighborhood listserve and then subsequently by my chiropractor. I worked most closely with Joseph Gerber and paralegal Heber Mata. I found them both to be extremely polite, professional, and communicative throughout the lengthy process. Mr. Gerber was able to negotiate with the insurance company and meet my requested settlement amount before going to court. He gave me lots of thoughtful advice and it was clear he put attention and care into my case. I hope not to need to hire a personal injury lawyer again, but if I do, I know where I will go!
