He handled the bill from Duke and also took over setting up all aspects of repairs and insurance communication. I ended up with a very nice settlement and never batted an eyelash from start to finish and was left to heal. Asking for an attorney is not being a litigious person or greedy. Having an attorney take care of your interests and protect you is why they are in this line of work.
