Attorney couch is diligent, well prepared, and effective in his representation of clients. You should have no reservations about having him represent you.

My experience with the firm was better than I had even expected. They realized that while this is something they do everyday, for the client it is life changing at times and they did a good job of reassuring and calming me all through the process. I never felt left out or confused, they explained things step by step *before* they did them. I felt as if I really had a say in how things played out. Attorney C'Destine Couch and the rest of the team took care of my case, with a better than expected outcome but as I said before, most importantly, they understood this wasn't a daily experience for me, things that they may know are simple or 'no big deal' can seem like the end of the world for someone that has never been in court before.

More then pleased with both the service and outcome of 2 different cases that I had to use an attorney for... I will continue to use if I need one again, and will continue to refer their excellent service. Thank you Couch and Associates!
