Shayla was really helpful. She was very responsive to all of my emails, really helpful in answering all of my many questions, and very thorough in walking me through all of the paperwork. She also showed a lot of genuine excitement for me once I closed, which helped me feel even more excited about owning my own house! I would definitely recommend Shayla to others.

Shayla is a highly professional and organized person and it showed throughout the entire refinance process. If I had a question she was quick to answer it. If she had a question for me that I needed to answer, but didn't have the answer for, she would find the necessary person(s) and have the answer to her question in less than 24 hours. I will definitely use her services again.

My first closing with Shayla - she is awesome. She ANSWERS the phone. To be honest, her office is not close to mine but I would use her for closings being a distance away because of her professionalism and responsiveness. I work with attorneys often and am rarely "impressed." I was in this case - we were on the same team with the same goal. I would highly recommend her.
