I was in outer-banks for vacation for a few days and ended up leaving with a speeding ticket resulting in a mandatory court date. David was the first to pick up his phone and took the time to go over the best options for me. I would recommend him in a heartbeat if you’re in this situation and he does a great job following up with you once everything has been completed!

Mr Hamm had his flat rate for speeding tickets listed on his advert. If I had not seen this, I may not have considered legal representation. Mr Hamm kept me in the loop and communicated well for a attorney. He directly called and emailed me, not a legal assistant. I will recommend to friends and family who get bagged leaving the obx a little too fast.

My son had gotten a speeding ticket in Currituck County, over a year ago. They had revoked his license in NC as well as Virginia. I called the Sheriff’s department and she gave me 3 lawyers names to call. After calling all 3, I found David was the only one who answers the phone and was very knowledgeable...he told me the officer was no longer on the force and could get the ticket dismissed. Hired him for a speeding ticket, he was able to get the charge knocked down to a non moving violation for a fair price. David was very easy to work with and always answered the phone himself whenever I called.
