If I could give him and his staff 0 stars, I would! If you are in need of an attorney in Elizabeth City, I recommend you continue your search. The thousands of dollars he charged me only to withdraw from my case weeks before court. He had left me in a huge predicament, I would NOT recommend Frank Hiner!!

We used this lawyer for closing on a house at the suggestion of the selling real estate person. This was the nicest closing experience that I have been involved in. He took the time to explain everything. He is a very kind person. Made sure everyone was comfortable and understood every piece of paper.
