Went for a simple transfer of deed. Had to rewrite the paperwork for spelling errors. I was supposed to file it myself, but they told me for 5 weeks that the paperwork wasn't available because they had filed it already, then it turned back up. When I did try to file it at the courthouse, I was told it was missing several necessary addresses and tax items.
Literally every step of this process has been an ordeal, and I would not go back or recommend

Whitley seemed to have almost no empathy for me as a client and dealing with her was easily the worst customer service experience of my entire life. It would take her nearly two weeks to respond by email to basic but very important questions I had. There was also a huge stretch of time when she did not bother to return my phone calls at all. When I did show up to see her at the office during normal business hours, she was never there. I even had to consult with another attorney while she was still under contract with me because I had lost complete faith in her.
In an attempt to be balanced, I think Whitley is intelligent, and she was informative when she tried, but I honestly think she is in the wrong field of work.
