David Delaney represented me. I don't use a lawyer often or ever. But he was great. He was straightforward and honest. He honored our agreement that he believed he could achieve. He went out of his way to find my case when it was filed incorrectly to get it resolved as soon as possible. From watching his interactions, I could tell he was well known in court with good relationship with the DAs to work cooperatively to achieve his goals

Best in Fayetteville and they work with you only place I would spend my money

I've used this law firm twice now, both for speeding tickets. The first was while out of state. I was unable to attend my court date personally so I chose to allow this firm to represent me. This one was dismissed for improper equipment. The next was about 2 years later. Since I had good results before, I chose to take the same route. Within 24hrs, they had called to tell me my case had been dropped. For the price, they are one of the best I have encountered over the years. The front desk is very polite and helpful and answers any questions you have. You simply give them the details as it pertains to your case and they take it from there. It was as simple as pay and forget honestly. Not to mention they have payment options if you desire. They work with you the best they can and deliver. Would use them again.
