This lawyer did not stand up for my rights and give me poor service for my $$$$

I had Heather Nichols as my counsel. I was a stay at home mom for 18years. Suffered physical and sexual abuse at the hands of my USArmy officer. By the second month of proceedings, Heather's advice had cost me custody of my children and SHE was reprimended in court by the judge for he providing me with "poor counsel". She cried and said she was "so sorry". I believe she regrets not allowing me to tell my side of events. I felt as though (no proof) she was taking advice from my husbands more qualified high dollar attorney. In the end, I lost primary custody of my 4 children. Had to move out of the home; And lost my "investment" with Heather. BEWARE.
