I would’ve left no stars if at all possible. Roger Allen is a friend of my uncle’s, Ethan. So naturally my uncle referred me to him. I trusted he would ensure I would have a good experience. The settlement just 8 months short of a year (which I was told it could take a while). They never called to check on me. Anytime I called they had an attitude. I would email them updated address and phone numbers and it would never get posted and they were very condescending (maybe because I am young). The entire time I felt like they weren’t doing anything the same offer I came with is what I left with and I now have to spilt that money with with them, as well as doctors and etc. I would’ve been better off not seeking them as legal counsel and taking the money and paying my 1 hospital bill. Lesson learned. Can’t support all black businesses or someone just because your family recommends. I took a “major L” with this one.
