Myra was fantastic and patient all the way through. She was super helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Daniel was great and to the point which was awesome. My fiancé hired the father for an accident that he was involved in. He spoke to the father one time and didn’t have the chance to speak with him again UNTIL he picked his check up and the father stated to him it was a pleasure to represent him and if he needed anything else to come back. My fiancé called several times to find out when his check was after the 5 days that he was supposed to wait and it was still another 4 days until the check came in and then he had to sign it and the lawyers office had to put it in their account for a 5 day holding on top of that. Then after the 5 day hold the lawyers office explains to him that he can cash it at their back and have it the same day. We pulled up to the bank and they charged an extra 2% to cash the check. None of this was stated by the lawyers office from the start at all. Well needless to say we will not be using them anymore and will not recommend them to anyone either. Very unprofessional when it comes to business matters!
