Called for information and Miss Ferguson was yelling in the background being extremely rude. I am searching for someone to help with custody, and she acted foul and very unprofessional over the phone. Would not trust her with children's safety.

Needed simple wills and POA's done up. Atty. Winters, Sally, and all the staff were so pleasant to work with. Will definitely go back when future legal issues arise.

When we needed an attorney for emergency custody, we called a few attorneys and in the end we decided on Attorney Ferguson. We knew after our first meeting with her that she was very experienced and passionate about her work. Our case started Dec. 2018 and did not end until March 2023 due to the pandemic and other obstacles related to the defendants. There were periods of months between court cases and initially I thought to myself that Attorney Ferguson surely would forget the details of our case and not be well prepared but that was never the case. The first time I heard her argue our case, I was amazed at how well spoken she was and how powerful her delivery was to the judge. She is known to be very blunt and will not back down and that is only one reason she is so successful. Needless to say, we won our case and I feel like Attorney Ferguson was just as happy as we were to finally have closure and our son. You will not regret having her take on your case. Trust in her and she will lead the way.

I must say my appointing of Patricia was nothing short of amazing. She took great pride in my case and gave me strength when facing the pain of even having to endure the need for representation. Due to Covid the process was a bit lengthy but patience, faith and excellent representation made it well worth the wait. I highly recommend Patricia but let me make one thing clear she’s no joke at all so make sure that you’re a strong person that can accept a highly assertive woman.
