A FIRM THAT IS COMMITTED The Ferguson Firm and its staff has been a pillar of strength. I got involved in a very bizarre annulment case thanks to a narcissistic bigamist that has created a challenge for all. It’s been a rough road and the opposing team has been ruthless with endless lies and allegations, but the firm held their legal ground with dignity. The case is not over and milestones have been set as we chart new waters. But finally there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Ms Ferguson is a stellar attorney. I hired her for a child custody case for my children. I had already been divorced and had shared custody with my ex. The one week on, one week off was literally damaging to my children. It was an extremely hard case and took a while due to the circumstances but I m very proud to say that we won. She stood by me the entire time and was a great support. She s an attorney that will fight to the very end because she has a strong belief in what she does. Her professionalism in the courtroom was stellar. I actually had people in court that would ask me for her buisness card just because of how she handled herself. She was honest with me. She told me the truth about what she thought about my case, not what I wanted to hear and she always did what was in the best interest for me and my family. It was a really long fight for our custody but it had a very happy story in the end. She helped me stand up to my ex after years of abuse. She has a firm belief in standing up for what is right and takes a personal interest in her cases. She ll stand up for you when you need it and give you the sound logical advice you re looking for. I ve had the opportunity many times to observe other attorney s while waiting on my case. I ve seen most attorney s in this area a few times and observe how they handle their cases. She was well mannered with the judge and other attorneys, polite (You ll see if you ever go, how ill mannered some other attorneys can be. Extremely rude. Proud to say, she wasn t), whitty, excellent at trials with questioning, and inviolable. I d recommend her to anyone. I know what it s like when you re looking for a lawyer and have no clue who to choose. I took my chances with not knowing any lawyer in this area and chose her and I d go back and choose her again if I ever needed to.
