I came to attorney Ferguson scared, alone, and confused as my husband and his family turned their backs on me and my children. From day one, Ms Ferguson reassured me that it will get better, and she will do everything to help me in my case to keep custody of my children. Through my darkest days and the hardest time of my life, she showed me kindness and support along with her expert advice on how to best handle this situation. Thanks to her, I am stronger than ever as she continues to fight for me and my family, and I have faith that I will be awarded custody in which I deserve. Paid up front to be disrespected, talked down to, and ultimately lose my case even though i had picture, video, and text message evidence. I would have been better off representing myself. She prepped my case 25 minutes before being seen by the judge in the cafeteria of the courthouse. She had no knowledge of anything the defense was stating simply because she didnt prep. She said things to the judge on my behalf that were false. The defendant's witnesses lied on the stand all while i had proof of the lies right in front of me but she refused to present them to the judge. If you really want a good attorney look elsewhere. I feel sorry for anyone she represents. Another friend retained her and i found out after the fact. He had pretty much the same results. After he paid her, she went on vaction on the retainer fee and had no knowledge of the case when in front of the judge as well. Beware of this "attorney."

I had an extremely simple case but an extremely difficult ex husband that fought every step of the way. She looked out for me even when I didn't look out for myself. Intimated my ex and helped get my kids and I everything we needed. Very compassionate and amazing staff as well!!

Ms. Ferguson and her staff did an exemplary job working on our case. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. They will do all they can to assist and research to get the needed information. Ms. Ferguson is a skillful litigator and in court is a professional. She believes in what she does and works hard for her clients. We witnessed this firsthand. Our custody case was long and drawn out but Ms. Ferguson was diligent from start to finish.
