Crosby is good but his FRONT DESK STAFF IS HORRIBLE . So short with everything she says it’s annoying , I dread calling because she just isn’t the friendliest at all and that’s over the phone so that definitely says a lot. I don’t think I’ll refer anyone to him simply based off of that. Your staff is MATTERS .

Ronald Crosby was fair and worked hard to end up with the absolute best case scenario for me. I am extremely happy and grateful for what he has done for me.
