After receiving my first ticket in 9 years I was stressing. I made a mistake and did an illegal u-turn while on auto pilot after a long day at work. I was worried about the negative mark on my driving record since my job requires me to not have tickets. I was also worried about our insurance premium being raised. I decided to hire an attorney to fight the ticket. There was an app that someone on FB recommended but they were the same price as the fine and court fees of my ticket! Someone else suggested iTicket. I looked them up, read the reviews, and got a quote. For $119 I was able to obtain an attorney. The first email I received from the regarding my ticket they suggested I take a Prayer for Judgment. I have a out of state driver’s license due to being a military family. A PFJ would not have kept it off my driving record. They also said that the DA may require me to do a driver’s safety course because of my driving record. Um, what? My record is clean. I do feel as if they suggested this first because it would have been the easiest. I replied back that a PFJ would not work for me. This was the first time 8 have been pulled over since 2011. I typed out what happened, and waited to hear back. My court date was supposed to October 28th. The email recommending a PFJ was September 4th. I just received an email (september 22nd) that Attorney Benson negotiated a Voluntary Dismissal of my case. I am not certain how he managed that, but I am so happy and thankful that he fought for it on my behalf! I was certain I would have to take a Driver’s safety course and pay court fees. I am very happy with this outcome.

I couldn't be happier. The firm got me out of my first speeding ticket in almost 10 years. They really handled the whole process perfectly. Took care of my son's first speeding ticket nice and easy all online. Initial $99 plus $10 to pull driving record from another state (saved me a ton of time navigating websites) was all it took other than court costs. Very satisfied and recommend highly.
