You will work with them via email but can get general answers from the firm on the phone, too. Notifications are quick and informative. VERY satisfied with the outcome of their negotiations on my behalf. Highly recommend them.

These guys work fast! I appreciate their professionalism, how fast they respond and are keep me updated on my case. Did you know that I wasn't even contacted about the date change from the court house? I even tried calling them due to the pandemic going on but I didn't receive any response and didn't find out about the schedule change until I've contacted iTicket.law. You have no idea, how relieved I was when they responded to me. They took care of everything for me and considering how hectic things are these days, I didn't have to go to the courthouse. I can't thank these guys enough! I saw the reviews of the courthouse I was supposed to go to. Let's just say, it wasn't good. But the reviews for this business? Nothing but positivity, and it shows.
