Tim Edwards is a highly skilled as well as thoughtful and attentive attorney. My daughter is his client for child custody and divorce representation. He cares a great deal about his clients, paying close attention to the details and documentation, and it is evident in his handling of her case. After watching other attorneys in action during court dates, this is not always the case. Attorney Edwards is a class above the rest. If you want an attorney who cares about protecting your children and truly listening to your case I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I received a Wake County citation for 30mph above the speed limit, together with a Careless & Reckless charge. Attorney Benson advised me to complete a Defensive Driving Course, which I did. At the court hearing he negotiated with the DA to get the C&R dismissed and bring the speeding charge down to 14 over. He then made a request for Prayer for Judgment which the judge kindly accepted. No license points, no insurance increase, and no fine. All in all this was the best possible outcome, and well worth the $500 legal fees (I paid an additional $190 in court costs, plus $100 for the course). Highly recommend iticket.law for anyone with traffic citations!

WOW! I am excited and suprised all at the same, driving 73 in a 45 was never my intentions and managing to bring it down to 9 MPH and over in court just saved me a whole lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this law firm!
