Got my first ticket, they were quick to get back with me, many of my friends have used this law firm, they do great as far as getting tickets reduced and even thrown out. They consistently keep you updated. 10/10 service

I hired them. I’ve had better experiences. They do not communicate. Due to lack of communication and procrastination by this firm i received and extra $70 Failure to comply fee after signing an appearance waiver. I’m expected to pay it after paying them $300 to represent me. Would not recommend.

I recently received a traffic citation and was looking for a law practice that would help me try to get the citation reduced. I came across iTicket.law and decided to try them based on all of their positive reviews. In short - my experience with iTicket.law was awesome. It honestly looked too easy to sign up online so I called their office and the clerk on the phone was really nice and informative. She had me digitally sign a couple documents and then said to watch for emails. They weren't bothersome at all - so much so that I was a little worried my case might have been forgotten. But a couple days before my court date, they emailed me with all of the information (just like she said they would) regarding my case and assured me everything was good to go. After the resolution of my case, I received an email detailing the outcome as well as all of the instructions and links to the courthouse pages to close out my case. It was really simple and I was stuck waiting on the courts to close out my case for far longer than iTicket.law. I cannot recommend their law practice enough and will definitely contact them again for any future incidents.

I live in California and had a family law case in North Carolina.. meaning I needed an attorney to represent me in court. Mr. Edwards was the first to come up. After my consolation I was sure that I needed him! I was a little hesitant due to never meeting Mr. Edwards in person and having him represent me. At our court hearing I was in complete shock. I felt like I hired an attorney like the (AMAZING) ones you see In movies. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Mr. Edwards.
