I'm a man of color and she was very nice to me.

Get told a traffic ticket can be handled out of court one day. Come in to handle it to be told that they do not handle them....So not only do I have to miss out on a full day's pay, I have to go to court to either get a dismissal or retain council. What a huge money making scheme this county has on others misfortune. But I will fight it as far as I can go. I'm sure they don't care either way. All because some woman forced me into a traffic barrier and took off. Congrats on being alive, here is your ticket. Thanks Cumberland county.

Well I think the justice system isn't fair to everyone, why can't the family speak or be heard, in any case when knowing the charges are false, yea my daughter Heather Whipple, it doesn't take a educated person to see the truth, she was and is a victim in this case Frank Gainey had all the girls in his control and doped them all up, Mr. Or Mrs. DA check out the Web site back page, all of his girls are victim, herion is a very addictive drug, so if a drug user any drug they do what ever it takes to get it. Also we have witness , Being so professional look in heather medical records, she was beat by Gainey, then again all these so called victims of heather they did everything on their own, knowing 2 of them worked in the strip club, we know them personally and we have witnesses.... I want to speak on heather behalf, my right as a parent. Some one will hear me, if not yall I will never stop till heard. .........

Lady answering the phone needs a new job! Unhelpful, rude and hung up on me before answering my questions.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude. Really? That's the best Cumberland county can do?

Called 12/19 around 2pm, and asked for the point of contact for a FOIA request. The lady said what's that I explained, and she said please call an attorney lol, and hung up the phone. The lack of education in these country towns show they don't even know in the law offices.

Will falsely charge someone for a crime based on someone else word. There is no justice in this county. The " victim" has threatened me . But do they care about my life nope. This is a violation of my constitutional rights.

She did all that could be done to get my $250,000 bond reduced so I could get out of jail on PreTrial. After 8 months on PreTrial we went to court. 1 of my charges carried a active sentence of 5-7yrs. She had some dismissed and the others reduced resulting in 48 months probation. It was one of those situations where I was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people. I'm very thankful for Cynthia, just as much now as I was during court a few years ago
