Literally had to chase these ppl. The PA Dianna didn't return calls and when I finally touch bases,pure sarcasm. Don't kp you updated &don't want to help you in no way. They butter you up tell you what you want to hear and have you thinking they're going to fight for you but don't do nothing. Attorney Harris was full of it, acted as if he cld do this and that. They stated he had Co-vid so I waited few wks once again.Complete waste of time-6months. Horrific place of service. With my case I had 2eye witness no citation-states other driver failed to yields, lady clearly tboned my car from the side.
