Love the reviews and have not had a chance to work with the firm. Im involved in one of the most complex and stupid custody dispute, and im in the market for a thorough attorney like this.

Mrs Devon excepted my case which was complex and had multiple parties involved, with great advice and complete professionalism. In my opinion she was the lawyer for my situation and if an attorney is needed again she will most definitely be the one that I would call upon in any situation.

Its mention that there is seven (7) qualities every good lawyer should have: Good Communication, Judgement, Analytical, Research, Perseverance, People and Creativity skills. I was dealing with a complicated child custody situation, I was determined to find an attorney that was meticulous and compassionate; someone that would devote the time and attention required to obtain the outcome that was in the best interest of my daughter. Devan exceeded all expectations. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the justice system (Prior family court judge); her staff is just as professional and supportive as she is. Every time we had to be in court I knew that I had the best, with the best support team, in my corner. When you hire Devan, know that you have hired a lawyer steeped in a long tradition of excellence!

I hired Mrs. Devan for my custody case. I went to her crying because I didn't know what to do. I felt lost and defeated by the lies my former spouse had accused me of. What I liked about Mrs. Devan is she will not stroke your ego and make you face reality. Even though I wanted to cry everyday she made me get it together for my daughter, that this wasn't the time to cry but the time to fight. I also liked the fact she doesn't take on a lot of cases because she was able to give my case the same attention as her others. She's very knowledgeable about the law. Her being a family law judge prior to opening up her law firm was a added bonus because I knew she would know what to look for. The staff was also welcoming! Pat and Crystal. They worked with me as far as scheduling because I had more kids than the 1 I was fighting for. Always smiling and lending a hand if I wanted them to just look over something before I turned it in. I definitely would rehire Mrs. Devan again and again and again. I believe I even told her she was a beast. She's definitely a force to be reckoned with! Thanks again Mrs. Devan for making my family whole again.

Laura Devan just handled a case for me and she was great to work with. She made sure that I understood everything along the way. She is also one of the few attorneys in town who try get things settled fast and easy to try to reduce your cost. I would highly recommend her!

Very intelligent

Laura is an absolute dream. She took on my case only two weeks before my hearing and she was amazing. She worked hard to get up to speed on what was going on, was very calm and professional in court and made me feel confident in what was to come. I absolutely recommend her. Laura was very honest and up front about everything that could happen and I couldn't have picked a better attorney.

I love their experiences and backgrounds. It really matters when they represent their clients. I'm not a client (Disclosure: just an acquaintance) but they have passion for the law that you don't feel or see too often in attorneys. (Especially younger ones).
