She is just what you are looking for if you want someone who will be honest and upfront. She doesn't sugar coat things but tells you what possible outcome you will have going to court and if she knows who the other attorney is what tactics they will be using against you. There are many attorneys is Fayetteville who will just take your money and not do much on your case. I have been very pleased with the service I have had from her and continue to have on my case. Her Paralegal Lisa is always quick to return my calls and very helpful when I need anything.

Wont fight for you nor that what you’re fighting for. Will take your money.

Deborah is an AWESOME attorney she has your back 100% I was in an 18 month battle to get custody of my grandson.. Her staff is amazing Jordan always answered my questions and kept me in the loop and they are human they care about their clients and your case.. I am truly grateful for Deborah and her staff.. Deborah Koenig is a great attorney. But best of all she not just your attorney she you friend and take the time to explain step by step to you. She has a great staff that always there to help you went needed. I would recommend her to anyone. She the best.

My children's father is a dead beat not only does he ever see them but he will not pay childsupport!!! Deborah Koenig made sure that he had to pay or go to jail. With her on our side the Judge ruled that he had to pay all monies owed by 5 pm or he would have a warrant for his arrest. I would say she handled my case with no stress and with my girls at heart. If you want some one who cares go to DEBORAH KOENIG!!!

Attorney Koenig is by far the best attorney!!! I have been through domestic violence with my ex-husband which happened in front of our small children. There was so much involved with my case and I knew Attorney Koenig was there the whole way. I never had to repeat myself to her or worry about what was going to happen at the end of the day. When everything was over I had sole custody of my babies. I am forever grateful for her ability to be able to put the facts on the table so that my children and myself can be happy and not have to worry about what could happen next.

If you want someone who cares call Attorney Koenig. I have three daughters who had been through so much and Attorney Koenig was able to see that I was different then most fathers. She made sure that my girls were treated fairly and were kept safe in my custody. Attorney Koenig made sure that every one of my questions and concerns were answered. I am now the sole provider and care giver of my girls and all of that is because of Attorney Deborah Koenig.

I was recently a client of Deborah Koenig and both of my children were taken from me in April of 2014 because of domestic issues between my husband and I and also drug abuse. I wasn't expected to get my kids back until April of 2015 but I worked my case plan and working with Deborah and her two attorneys Megan and Daniel made it so easy for me to do what I had to to ensure the return of my babies. They were all a pleasure to work with, so nice and helpful and informative. Long story short I ended up getting my kids in October of 2014 with all of their help!

She definitely knows her stuff but will lay the screws to you if you aren’t careful. My experience was unique, she was all over it, then at the last minute and last court proceeding she literally screwed me and didn’t notify us of the outcome. Then had the nerve to threaten me to pay for the services "not" rendered. Proceed with extreme caution or better yet find someone else.

Terrible service!! They take your money and do a less than decent job. I paid them and then they “lost” my file. I had to call them 3 months later to see when court date was and then they claimed I still owed them “$20 filing fees”. Why wasn’t that included in the initial charge? The paralegals are lazy and rude. They did not follow the judge’s ruling in my case and when I called to inquire about it they gave me the run around. They do not call you back, ignore emails, and make false promises to finish a job or task that should have been completed months prior. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Upon my initial visit with Mrs. Koenig she convinced me she would work on my behalf. After 7 months I had no other choice but to negotiate with the defendant. Mrs. Koenig had several incompetent and rude paralegals who were unable to communicate effectively. On more than one occasion I was not made aware of court dates in which I was to appear. I was charged for e-mails, phone calls and office visits I felt were necessary to ensure my case was being handled effectively. I would not have had to make calls, office visits and send e-mails if this office was communicating and doing the job it was hired to do. On one occasion when I met with Mrs. Koenig to discuss my concerns about the mishandling of my case she began to raise her voice at me. I also discussed a substantial discrepancy made on a child support worksheet and when I showed her the numbers didn't match she dismissed my concern. On another occasion I called her office to tell them I would be bringing a document I needed her to sign (so I could end this awful experience with her office) and they said bring it by. When I arrived at the building I had been coming to for the past 9 months, it was locked up and empty. After several unanswered phone calls her paralegal finally answered and said they moved. When I asked why there wasn't at least a sign on the door with a new address for clients she said they were not allowed to post anything on the building. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an attorney!
