If you are looking for a totally unreliable office in Guardianships, welcome you have come to the right place if you want to have their staff and attorney not respond to email or calls. They are pathetic office from my experience I paid $4,150 for a piece of paper for guardianship and from that time on no help. I would never use them for any legal matter. They leave you hanging high and dry. But quick to take $4,150.

This law office is very unprofessional and staff needs additional or more comprehensive training. I called to check on the status of a check from the sale of a home and spoke to a woman named Debra. First, she put me on hold for 15 minutes. I had to call back because the system made me leave a voicemail after that long. I called back and spoke to the same woman, she was very rude and wouldn’t give me any information because she said she could not verify who I was. I offered to verify my social, the property address, our names and phone numbers. She finally agreed to give me some information but nothing that was helpful or that answered my questions. She had to repeatedly ask if she was allowed to give the information i was asking for. If staff answering the phones do not understand the information they are allowed to give, they are not qualified and do not have the proper knowledge to adequately help clients. She then blamed the problem on both my realtor and I, saying we kept changing the method of delivery for the proceeds and provided incorrect account information. When we first went in, we filled out paperwork to have the money wired to our account. Later they told our realtor that they do not wire funds. So we had to fill out additional paperwork for a check to be sent to us. A day after closing, when calling to check the status of our funds, I found out it was wired. In addition, on the day of closing, they had no documents ready when we went in to sign. The front office staff was extremely unprofessional, talking across the room to ask coworkers if they had ever completed paperwork for us before. The staff said they had never heard our name before when in fact we had been in weeks prior to sign documents. This does not give me much confidence in their ability to complete paperwork properly.
