I don’t wish it on anyone to need an attorney for custody matters but if you find yourself in that situation, I 100% recommend Victoria Hardin. These situations are an emotional rollercoaster, but she always gave me the blunt honest truth, and helped guide me through as best she could. She gives tough love and yes it will be hard to hear but I promise it’s only to help you reflect. Most of all trust the process, these things take time and Mrs. Hardin definitely has your back.

Victoria Hardin and her amazing team are the definition of confidence, trustful, and honest. In our journeys through life, sometimes you may need lawyer services. Hiring Victoria Hardin to help me through my divorce was the best decision that I made. Throughout the entirety of the 3-plus years that I worked with her, she demonstrated the most incredible professionalism, intelligence and fought for me and my family's best interests with compassion and integrity. I did not want a "slimy", mean-spirited lawyer, and was so thankful for Attorney Hardin, as she expertly handled everything that the opposing side did with such grace and never once made me feel compromised or misrepresented. On the contrary I felt from the first that I could trust her to take my part and she always knew exactly what the right course would be. She was especially impressive in court, where her level of preparedness, intellect and professional conduct honestly made me feel (a little) bad for the opposing counsel because they simply could not compete or keep up with her. Do not be fooled by how gentle mannered she is when you meet her - she is a fighter in court and I was thankful for how she encouraged me to stand up for myself and what was best for my family. She communicated clearly and consistently with me and made sure I was always clear with what was happening. Ultimately she and her excellent team were able to bring my case to an ideal conclusion and apart from counting her as the most exceptional lawyer, I also feel privileged to have known her has a truly excellent person. You will not regret hiring Victoria Hardin to represent you, but you will absolutely regret it if you do not and have to face her in court! In summary, in my case, Victoria Hardin: 1. Was clear with me about what steps I needed to take at every turn, communicated quickly and efficiently with me. 2. Always, always knew exactly what was going on with my case and was never caught off guard or unprepared 3. Never overcharged me or wasted my time. I quickly learned that if she did not call me for a period of time, it was because nothing had happened, and she did not want to waste my money with calls or emails that had no new information (really, this is important!) 4. Worked very well with opposing counsel and had excellent relationships which ultimately led to a settlement out of court. 5. Was always extremely prepared for court, with copies of all necessary papers bound for me to follow along with. She was so well-organized, the judge and even opposing counsel relied on her binders because they didn't have the same level of organization on their side! 6. Her legal team and employees are amazing too. They are helpful and kind and I felt they actually cared about me and my family. Truly a pleasure to work with. 7. Integrity, integrity, integrity - I was very worried that this ugly divorce process would get nasty and make me feel compromised in my values. I needn't have worried with Victoria Hardin. She fought tooth and nail for me and my family, but did so with integrity, honesty and a truly moral manner, not to mention grace and good humor. I found her tone and approach to be absolutely perfect and was impressed with her as an excellent person and not just a great lawyer. 8. Nobody could possibly work harder than Victoria for her clients, and it shows

She moves as a very slow pace, placed on retainer for exceedingly too long, this probably nothing we don’t already know. These types of cases ie. divorce, are money pit opportunities for these lawyers. Don’t be deceived by their or her sweet language. If you feel it isn’t right please don’t feel like you’re too invested. Their Greediness and corruption is found between the fine lines of what is not said. It feels almost as this office works together alongside the other lawyers. I hope this helps someone.

I was recommended to Hardin Law firm by several people that I know. Each and everyone person that I spoke to had positive reviews. When I went for my initial consultation, I was treated with nothing but respect and understanding. Ms. Hardin was very easy to open up too and she immediately knew how to handle my situation. I have learned that Ms. Hardin is very good at reading people and because of that she knew how to speak to me and help me understand what I was going through and what to expect. Everything Ms. Hardin said would happen actually did happen. She had helped me get awarded what I wanted and needed for my children and I. That gave me a sense of relief and helped me feel empowered and ok. As long as I followed instructions and did my part as her client, it worked in my favor. I think her ability to take the time to understand what type of person she is helping, allows her to speak and handle things a certain way that her client ,no matter how different each once is all feels safe, protected and heard. She keeps her promise and I am so thankful to have chosen Ms. Hardin to represent me. She is amazing and more then amazing at what she does. I appreciate Ms. Hardin and her staffs hard work.

Regrettably, my experience with Mrs. Harden as our legal representative has left much to be desired. Upon arriving for a scheduled appointment, we were disheartened to discover that it had been inexplicably canceled, and no prior notice had been extended to us. This oversight not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also significantly inconvenienced us. To compound matters, when we sought clarification, Mrs. Harden's team insisted that our court proceedings were still ongoing. Contrary to their assertion, we had successfully concluded our case and explicitly communicated this fact to them. The persistence in their inaccurate claim not only reflected a concerning lack of attention to detail but also raised questions about their commitment to factual accuracy. What proved particularly disheartening was their refusal to extend assistance without providing a substantiated reason. It left us feeling unsupported and frustrated, as we had expected a higher standard of service from a legal professional. In essence, Mrs. Harden's representation fell short of our expectations, leaving us with reservations about her effectiveness as a lawyer.

My situation is a little complicated, I have been in custody court for almost 10 years in Fayetteville, NC. My case was well known, and Mrs. Hardin, even though she was never my attorney, was always intreated by my case. I have spoken to her twice, and she actually gave me the best advice for my case to bring my son home that actually worked. After about $55,000 in attorney fees, Mrs. Hardin asked for no money from me, and because of the advice she gave me, my grant was granted yesterday to transfer my case 2.20.24. She may never of been my attorney, but after speaking with her twice, and her taking her time to help bring my son home and the compassion she has, I know if my case would of not got transferred I would of paid any amount of money to have her on my side in Cumberland Co ( She doesn't know, but I was ready). If it wasn't for her, I would have never had to chance to bring my son home. They go above and beyond. I would choose this lawyer over ANY attorney in Fayetteville. That's from my heart! Ms. Hardin has been my attorney for over 10 years now (sadly I feel like this will never end at no fault of hers). She goes above and beyond, and to echo what other reviewers have mentioned, she will hold you accountable and is absolutely concerned with the truth. Sometimes it feels like she is working against you, but in the end it all comes together and the method to her madness is revealed. And it is nothing short of brilliant! I follow whatever she says blindly, as her advice has saved my butt more than once. I will keep her on retainer until she makes me leave. :)
