Victoria is the ABSOLUTE best! She is a very straight forward, frank Attorney that won’t waste your time or money. I have been her client for almost 2.5 years, going through an absolutely horrendous divorce and custody battle. I consider myself one of her more “needy” clients and she and her staff are VERY responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes I would get pretty emotional during this process and when I would tell her I wanted something done...she would say “ultimately I will do as you ask because you’re my client, but I’m advising against this for this reason...” I respecter her, her knowledge and experience so much that I trust her decisions and strategy. She is a “no bull shit” kind of attorney and I LOVE that. She will fight for you like nobody else...and is worth every penny! There is no other Attorney I would recommend over Victoria Hardin.

Attorney Carly Gillespie has represented me for the last year. She has always been attentive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and to the fullest extent. I had a terrible experience with them, i maintained my composure but they charged me a invoices after I canceled they charged me again. They’re terrible, I payed $3500 & got absolutely nothing done. I tried to continue service & they denied me. I canceled my service at first because I thought I would be pcsing & didn’t want to continue service in Fayetteville when I thought I wouldn’t be around. I will honestly never be recommending any of my military friends or people to go to them. They stopped responding to me as soon as I canceled with them I wanted to ask the steps & charges I was going to be getting. They responded whenever they pleased. They charged me $3500 to file child custody which is nothing but filed papers, I could’ve done the pro se child custody but I didn’t wanna go to court so I just paid to be represented but they got nothing done. I didn’t even get custody & the other party didn’t even show up, so it should’ve been something quick & easy. Overall they were TERRIBLE. Save your time & money. LOOK ELSE WHERE. I contacted my bank and sent them the invoice they sent me so they can refund the remainder money but they denied my claim & charged me the full 3500 because they added a new invoice at the end after I canceled

LSS Victoria Hardin did no preparation for my case and pressured me into signing documents that were not fully explained to me. She failed to review any of the documents provided to her until she tried to cram it all in on the court date we waited months for. I firmly believe she was just tired of my case and bullied her way into the easy way out without concern for myself or my family. It took me this long to write a review because I struggled with the words to describe how toxic Ms. Hardin is but toxic says it all. She should be immensely ashamed of herself. I feel as though it should also be noted that she has zero understanding of the military and the requirements of Service Members serving overseas. Save yourself, hire anyone else. Response to Ms. Hardin:  Your grand example of your services to the military only further show your ignorance with this case. My case had nothing to due with financial settlements regarding military pay. I'd be hard pressed to believe you remember any of the conversations we had like when I was serving overseas and you told me to "just get here" after my compassionate reassignment and leave had been denied. You're failure to prepare was evident on the day of our hearing. You stated "you have no idea how bad this is". As a service member who was actively holding a security clearance, a several year old history of post-partum depression should have been an easy thing to explain. You were even offered an expert witness weeks before and you said it wasn't needed. You may not remember the details of my case but I remember every word of it. There was zero counseling or explanation of the settlement and what that truly meant in the long run for my case. Im not speaking ill of your office workers. Woman at the front desk, lovely. If I recall, paralegals name was Jennifer, also fantastic. This is about you. Your bad advice, your mistakes, and your failures.

Victoria Hardin is a fantastic attorney that genuinely cares about her clients. She is extremely good at setting client’s expectations and routinely exhibits sound judgment and diplomacy during negotiations. Victoria is also a talented litigator that knows how to get results when they matter most. I highly recommend her services!

hired VIctoria Hardin 5 years ago , case should of been transferred to another state, she did not help at all in the transfer the case, kept asking for money, then withdrawal came right after. tried to contact her to continue the case and pay the money that she requested . kept giving fake excuses why she can not even take the case again, the last excuse that she she has a lot of client that she can NOT handle and she doesn't need any more client. why you still advertise for yourself if you don't need any more client any more. don't hire her, very arrogant.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mrs. Hardin and her staff are gold standard of professionalism. My custody case has lasted longer than any case should have and it's literally put me through hell. If you want an attorney who will fight to the nail for you, then you WANT Mrs. Hardin. Words cannot express how grateful I am for having Mrs. Hardin on my side and helping me through the most important fight of my life. Because of Mrs. Hardin, my children will have a life with their father. Mrs. Hardin is very stern and she is extremely intelligent. So when she speaks, shut up, listen and follow directions. She cares about you and your case.
