I fired Mrs. Hardin due to her lack in advocating for me during my legal separation. As it was standing with her, I was going to lose everything (including my kids) and become homeless and she kept pushing me to sign a paper that would do just that. Don't get me wrong, she started full force until she felt intimidated by the attorney who was representing my husband, then she gave up. She didn't think I would confront her on it due to leaving the abusive marriage I was in and thought she could also boss me around and manipulate me into allowing her to do the bare minimum. Her advice was going to be detrimental to not only me but my children as well. Upon being confronted and telling her I would find an attorney who would fight for me, she withdrew herself claiming I didn't "comply with my contractual obligations." That was a petty unprofessiona low blow on her part and I will not recommend her to anyone ever again after wronging me the way she did.

I just got a consultation. The legal advice was good. Unfortunately, she sounded angry the whole time I was talking to her. She was very impatient and kept interrupting me with questions that would have been answered if she had let me finish my sentence. I was hoping to get help navigating the mountain of divorce paperwork that was confusing to me, but she just focused on my husband's address when I had no clue where he's living. I wanted to say something to her like "since I paid you a lot of money for this conversation, the least you could do is be polite " but I didn't think she'd listen.

Not empathetic at all , however I appreciate the fact that she was a sharp shooter and straight to the point. If it’s not and overseas issue I try my luck.

Horrible service. Extreme lack of communication, does not reply back to you on the phone, only through email and actually sided with the other parent in the child support and custody battle. Was not connected at all with us and was very arrogant when all she did was costs us time and money with our kid.

Going through a separation with my husband in a state with no family, Victoria and her staff were with me every step of the way. They are truly supportive and constantly reinforce I was going to be okay. Victoria fought for me, and went above and beyond more than I could Ever imagine(mentally and financially).Her delancey in responding to all my concerns, emails and phone calls was truly comforting and gave me a sense of peace. I will forever be grateful of her and her staff!
