This was the most pleasant experience. Under the circumstance. The website was easy to use, but first and foremost, Jennifer was AWESOME. From the very first phone call (she actually was the reason I chose them) she was friendly and very informative and kept me informed every step of the way. I called probably 7 diff lawyers, and she was the only one I found myself drawn to. Not to mention Mr. Burns was able to get my ticket dismissed, and quickly at that.
