Attorney Hatley and her entire staff were quick to respond to my unfortunate situation and I am very, very grateful!

Customer service is this places cornerstone. After an initial bad encounter, the owners themselves called me directly and helped me get my case underway. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

I have used this firm twice for a speeding ticket (2019 and 2022) and both times I have been more than pleased with how my cases were handled. I paid a fee, they went to court for me and they communicated with me every step of the way, even the morning of my court date. As soon as it was over, they let me know the outcome and my court costs. I don’t look to get any speeding tickets any time soon but due to the convenience and trustworthiness of this firm I’ve had from experience, I would use again and highly recommend!!!

I got a speeding ticket and didn't want the points to go against my car insurance. The day before my court date I was online when I saw an ad for a law firm that handles the case for 99 dollars. So I filled out the paperwork ( which was easy) and hoped for the best. The following day I get a message from the firm saying my case was dismissed. That was my court day. I assumed the lawyer didn't take my case. Not the case tho. It was taken care of already with a win! Now that was not only fast but painless and I am thrilled. Will definitely use them again if in need.

Extremely satisfied with the handling of my cases . I had two citations that could have cost me my job and raised my insurance. But they handled quick cheap and professionally.

To whom this may concern One year ago today my life was changed for ever. I was put in the worst situation I’ve ever been in. I lost everything in one day. Divorce court does not favor men. But as chance has it Miss Jessica flowers and her paralegal took my case. From the moment they started I felt like they were my voice. Mis J did the impossible for me She and her paralegal got my life back. They took on a so called heavy hitting layer and just mopped the court room with them. As a man needing a voice and a hero Mis J and her paralegal gave me back my freedom and my dignity. So if you ever need the impossible is Jessica flowers and her hard hitting paralegal is worth every penny. Thank you ladies so very much from the bottom of my heart. Chad Edmonds.

DO NOT USE.The best way to get rid of lawyers like this is keep contacting North Carolina State Bar to let them know what a unprofessional, uncaring, shyster ANGELA HATELY is. I strongly suggest filing a grievance .She is sheisty she went behind our back and filed a motion to with draw as our attorney with out even telling us and not finishing contract. Then when I confronted her about it she went behind are back again a filed a motion for withdrawal as lawyer but this time said attorney client conflict. If I was not a client how come my name is on contract LIAR. You are unethical lawyer. It took her over 20 months to get permanent child support and 9 months to get temporary child support. She also promised to get defendant to pay lawyer fees. Instead of finishing her job like it stated in contract. She went behind our back and filed a motion to withdraw as our attorney. She didn't even try if she would have filed paper work and fees were not paid by defendant I would have no issues. She did nothing. If you want a long drawn out case pick her then have her lie and not complete the job. The front office staff is also unprofessional the secretary will not let you know you have a court date. Are call you 5 min before and say you have a court date or it has been canceled due to Mrs. Hatley having a case more important than yours. If your case is not important to her she does not care about you. If you are a single parent and need the money for your kids. I would not use this lawyer you will go broke before you see a single penny from the other partner who owes child support. I hope this review helps other people and heed warning using This lawyer.

Attorney Hatley and her staff are amazing. My experience was absolutely five stars! My ex was difficult, to say the least and Attorney Hatley knew exactly what to do at every turn. I live out of state and was a bit skeptic if a lawyer would really be invested in my case. Not only was she vested in my case, I felt she was vested in me as a person. She was always available by either phone or email. Many times I would email in the evenings thinking she would get to it the next work day and she would email me back quickly. I don't think she ever stops working. My ex has been manipulating the system for years, making it difficult to see my kids and making my life miserable. I did not think there was much I could do. I am so glad I made the phone call to speak with Attorney Hatley. She was honest and upfront with me. She told me what she could do and how much it would cost and she honored her word, every bit of it. A rare find in today's world. I now get to see my kids more often and the custody agreement is bullet proof! I have seen many active duty military get the short end of the stick when it comes to custody. If you are going through a divorce or custody issues, you need to hire Attorney Hatley.
