Hatley Law Firm is truly an untapped resource in Fayetteville! From first consultation to the final signed product between myself and ex-wife for child custody modification I feel well represented. I previously sought other law firms for my issue, upon my consultation with Atty Flowers I wanted Hatley Law to represent me. I am certain Atty Flowers went out of her way (to include all her clients) in every area of my case also working during off hours on my behalf. Citizens of Fayetteville don't waste your time with large advertising firms, Hatley Law went against one of those firms and I came out with every I needed and with items I did not anticipate. In the event I need legal representation I will contact Atty Flowers and no-one else. My only true regret I did not use Hatley Law during my original divorce case. Finally Hatley Law is not overpriced as the other 3 large law firms I paid for consultations. USE HATLEY LAW TODAY!!!

Mrs. Hatley was fantastic in court. My wife's ex-husband and current wife made ridiculous accusations in court to try to get custody but Mrs. Hatley would nonchalantly catch them in lies. She is calm, smooth, and straight to the point. She will not waste time on things that don’t matter. We would show her evidence of them lying and she would either use it or say that doesn’t matter. She is familiar with the law and the judges and knows exactly how to present a case.

Mrs. Hatley is a very knowledgeable and competent lawyer. She was always friendly and answered all my questions patiently. She worked very hard to get all the information she needed to settle my complicated lawsuit and she reached a satisfactory settlement for me out of court.

My Ex filled a modification to get Custody of our son, I was extremely terrified and worried about the case, mainly because he filled in another county and the lawyer he had had tremendously great reviews. Mrs. Hatley has continued to reassure me through this process; she got the venue moved to the correct county, She's extremely knowledgeable and aggressive (which I love) embarrassing the other lawyer in front of a judge and my ex and showing how well prepared and knowledgeable about family law she is.
