My situation took over a year of continuances because of the ex-wife re-located. Eventually, my ex-wife was tracked down, and I received what I asked for—not giving five stars because a new problem has arrived from Greene and Roberts through the Cumberland County Child Support Enforcement Office. The issue is something this law office should have anticipated and should have leaned forward to ensure I was prepared for. Amber is a little pushy but gets the job done. Getting someone on the phone is challenging.

I spoke with them many times prior to payment. I even provided them with copies of driving record. I had multiple old issues and asked if they could help the staff assured me they could. I asked a time frame and the staff assured me in a week or two. I paid 2000 dollars and now they have schedule court in mid MAY 2020 that is over 3 months away. Not in the week or two discussed. My license was suspended for failure to appear. Then I got ticket for driving while suspended. These were for non moving violations not DUIs just being slack on my part. HOWEVER THEY WERE MADE AWARE UP FRONT AND THAT I WANTED IT RESOLVED ASAP.I WAS ASSURED THAT WOULD HAPPEN. I received the emails regarding the scheduled court case just now at nearly 10pm....smh. I am soooooooo upset. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN HUSTLED.

I was very impressed with Ms. Hatley's concern and knowledge for our case. She helped my daughter with keeping custody of her daughter. If you need a wonderful, caring, competent lawyer then definitely use Angela Hatley.

Jessica Flowers is an amazing family law Attorney. She reads the statutes. This matters! Her guidance to Clients and subsequent battles in Court are based on the LAW. How can you lose when the law is on your side? She offers all options to her Clients, makes her recommendations, and is ready to fight for whatever the Client decides, even if its not what she suggests. When I chose my options, she enlightened me on what she would argue if she was the opposing Attorney. I appreciated that very much because I was going in knowing the risks instead of potentially being shocked by opposing arguments. One of the best things she ever said to me was that She was ready to fight for me. I could not ask for more than an Attorney that will zealously advocate for me and is motivated to do so. Additionally, there was never a concern for lack of communication. I know Attorneys have a busy schedule, and responses take time. She never had me waiting long for a response, and communicated with me directly. To be honest, she made me feel spoiled! I will be using Attorney Jessica Flowers for all of my future matters in NC. I appreciate all you do.

Let me tell you! AMAZING WORK. I could praise Mrs Jessica Flowers all day every day for getting me the time with my kids that I had to fight so hard for. No joke when other attorneys failed she succeeded. Will recommend to anyone!

If you were the competent party in your marriage, if you can use a website and upload documents, and keep track of appointments and don't use your lawyer as a therapist, she will win the case.
