I got a speeding ticket driving on my drive from South Carolina to New York. I was already irritated from the highway closings on I95 which prolonged my already lengthy trip. After getting that ticket all I could think in my head was: OMG how much is this going to cost me, How do I fight an out of state ticket. How is this going to affect my insurance and my job. Not too long after arriving home, I had stacks of legal services mail. I couldn't believe it. How do you pick an out of state lawyer to represent you? I went through the mail, and google the reviews for the attorneys. Some reviews were just horrible. At this point i was stressed out. I typed in the google search engine Traffic Attorneys in South Carolina and i seen iTicket.law- Powered by Hatley Law Office with thousands of OUTSTANDING reviews with services offered at $99. I said to my self, " There is no way this could be real. I kept looking at different attorneys reviews and clients horrific stories. I didn't want to be one of those people paying an attorney and them no show up on my behalf. It took a few hours, but I choose iTicket.law- Powered by Hatley Law office. What's $99 compared to an unknown price until after the hearing. BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. I paid them $99, sent them my NY driving record, and that was it. They took care of EVERYTHING. My ticket was dropped down to an improper equipment ticket compared to what I would have gotten going 82 in a 65. I have until December to pay my court fee etc. of $263. They emailed me with up dates. They completely took my stress away lol. I will recommend them to any and everybody. I am so thankful I chose them.

First time using, mixed impression, waiting to see if results are commiserate with the price! To those who first read this review a month ago, I apologize. It was a draft that was not supposed to be posted until the final adjudication. As stated, it is my first encounter with Ms. Hatley and I was waiting to see what the outcome would be. It was meant to be a neutral assessment for my benefit awaiting further actions and updates until the final review could be posted. That time has come and I am revising this review based on performance as well as outcome. The five star rating is very much deserved. Ms. Hatley's performance was exemplary in both the courtroom setting and in preparation regardless of what the outcome might have been. Her focus and attention to detail were exactly what was needed. As a result, the outcome was what was hoped and prayed for. God answers prayer and works through those who trust and submit to Him. It is an honor to say that in my opinion, Ms. Hatley is a faithful servant. As for that price thing: to quote a popular TV ad, Ms. Hatley's service - priceless!

My case was quite complex and highly emotional as child custody cases normally are. I was extremely uneasy about what the entire process would be, as I had never had to deal with a situation that had so much at stake. I researched attorneys online and came across Ms. Hatley’s Office. I knew I needed a good attorney and I was extremely pleased and completely floored by what I witnessed from her in the courtroom. She is a very strong and intelligent attorney and I am beyond impressed with her and so grateful I picked her to represent me. I highly recommend her.

Ms Hatley is The Best ! January 21, 2017 Ms Hatley is THE attorney to retain if you want to win your case. She is very thorough, caring and patient. She took her time to completely explain every step of each process of my custody suit with me. I was attempting to obtain custody of my 10 year old granddaughter and it took 357 days , but Ms Hatley did it ! Not once did we not have My granddaughter with us through the whole ordeal. She was able to obtain the correct paperwork to have her place with us immediately . I cannot sayenough positive things about her. This was a very emotional case and she was unbelievably patient and caring. Ms Hatley is the attorney you want if you want to win your case .

I only give three stars because I did receive sound legal advice. I have visited the establishment a total of five times. Each time I dealt with a different individual. The door was locked a couple of times, and one time it was open with a customer waiting but no one at the desk. My simple summation is there is no organization, and client’s concerns are trivialized. They have an online system to track clients and documents; however, the lawyer has an aversion to using the system and likes to email directly while the paralegals do use the system. In my opinion, information is not passed between the different individuals effectively. In the end, my paperwork took about twice the time I was originally told. Moreover, it did not come from the paralegal who said she would upload it to the system but rather from the lawyer directly. It had some obvious typos that I corrected and sent back. However, I did not receive a response. Additionally, when I dropped the signed copy of that document off, I had another document prepared by a paralegal. It also had rather obvious typos that the paralegal would not correct. I pointed this out to the lawyer via email, and I was told she did not authorize me to correct the document which, “has worked time and time again”. What really had me rolling was when she stated the paralegal could not alter the document without her approval… right after I had witnessed the paralegal type the document. So she can type it… she just cannot correct it. It’s just a bridge too far. The lawyer continued by chastising me for bugging her with my problem. She went further by implying I did not care about her current custody case. To be fair… I did not. Specifically, because it had nothing to do with me or my documentation. By reading the email, I would assume I had busted into court and started screaming not sent an email to an email address the lawyer had told me to use if I ever had any problems. I would have hoped she would have tried to use the event as an opportunity to improve her business, but sadly that was not the case. The lawyer is content with the way her office is ran and with presenting clients documents that contain obvious typos. I cannot speak to the lawyer’s skills as a litigator. I never had a court case. In all honesty, I assume she must be very good to be successful with an office that runs in the manner I described.

Miss Hatley is amazing and so professional.

Miss Hatley did nothing to help my children’s case, she’s lazy and her paralegals are even worse. I was never informed of court dates or documents in time, while the other party was aware I was in the dark. She makes a trial 6 months out, meanwhile I’m instructed to pay money on this therapist alida Mason, and get drug test every month.. Go to this class, money here, money there and did I mention she loves to Bragg on herself. Your doing the work for her, she does absolutely nothing. When the date comes, she’s in another trial, and she says afterward that we can schedule a special session. She tells my mother the next morning a court date was set for next month and I was informed. No I was not informed. Meanwhile my children are asking to come home, and the stress of not having them has caused health issues and this women up and quits on me. Do not go to this women unless you want to throw away your money. She’s an awful lawyer.

I have used Hatley twice and in each instance they have been totally professional, kept me informed throughout the process and obtained a successful outcome in each case. Definitely worth using their service. Saved me hundreds in insurance premiums. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

My husband received a hefty speeding ticket and I decided to hire Hatley Law Firm because their pricing was one of the lowest I have seen! They called me and in just a matter of minutes the payment was taken. They also informed me of what they expected to get his ticket reduced to. I received an email the same day as his court date telling me they got it reduced to where there would be no points or insurance increases! Given his prior driving record I was surprised! Overall they are competitively priced, professional, and informative! If in the future I ever need any legal assistance they will be the first firm I call!
