A family member received 2 citations that could've ended in multiple misdemeanors and added 4 points to their driving record. The court date was scheduled for almost 2 months out. Mr. Shankar and his receptionist were very communicative and pleasant to work with. In less than a week he was able to get one of the citations completely dropped and the other one lessened to a charge that didn't affect insurance or their driving record. We would definitely work with them again.
