David C. Spivey is by far the worst attorney that pretends to pratice law in NC. I have worked with many attorney in my life, but David is a joke. He will not communicate with his clients. He will not do what is asked of him. He drags out his cases to bleed more money. He will never supply an itemized bill. And he will never give back a refund....I FIRED DAVID C. SPIVEY! I biggest regret other than hiring him in the first place was not firing him sooner!!!!!!!!!!
