I have had the pleasure of working with David for a few months now to get my business set up and running smoothly. He has been professional, helpful, dedicated, and thorough throughout our interactions. He truly has gone above and beyond my expectations to help me even when I needed assistance outside of our dedicated meetings. From the start, he quickly helped me to run through exactly what my company needed and came to a very fair set price.I really appreciated being told up front the exact cost and the fact that he clearly laid out where those costs came from. No doubt in my mind. David is one of the most honest and straight laced lawyers you will find. He will get you what you need, and probably more, all while fairly charging you for his time. We have worked with David Morgan & Nolan Perry on a handful of project this year. First, they assisted our business in reviewing and redrafting our contract for services. David made many helpful suggestions, revisions, and answered all of our questions for us. We also used them as our closing attorney on a commercial property.
