I am not one to usually write a review but I feel it’s in honor of of the extraordinary legal services received by Attorney Lance Williams and his Assistant Mia Alzagari of Minick Law. Unfortunately, I was arrested for a DUI Offense in the month of May 2019. After being released, I knew I immediately needed the best representation for this serious offense. I quickly started to google legal services and came upon Minic Law, located in Gastonia, NC that had many five star reviews. I called the following day and was able to converse with Attorney Mr. Lance Williams, who was able to answer my questions in entirety and give me the pertinent information regarding the DUI Offense. Due to his extensive knowledge and experience, I decided to retain him for Legal Services. Upon retaining his services, he made me feel assured that he will seek to exonerate me or lessen the offense to the best of his ability. During this time the process was lengthy but he kept me well informed through the process. Mia Alzagari, his assistant, sent me all necessary notifications of the court proceedings along the way. On the final day of the trial date and several hours in the courtroom, Mr . Williams was able to have the DUI dismissed and reduced down to a lesser charge. This was all made possible through his extensive knowledge of the DUI Laws and his relentless engagement on my behalf. I hired this law firm to handle my out of state speeding ticket and I’m happy that I did!!! I didn’t have to show up to court. My case was handled with ease and Dismissed. I talked with Mia via email and telephone. She was very professional and always gotten back to me in a timely manner. Once my case was dismissed, Mia sent me all of the documents that I would need to provide the courts here in Texas. I would without a doubt use this law farm again!! However, I don’t plan on catching anymore moving violations in North Carolina. I highly recommend this law firm!!
