I had a bench warrant for a failure to appear in Gaston County (I live in Charlotte). The process was simple. Once I made payment, Mr. Williams immediately went to court and got the bench warrant was removed. I court date was rescheduled, and I was given time to address the original offense. I sent over my documents. Mr. Williams went to court on the rescheduled court date, and was able to get the get the original ticket dismissed and I never had to step foot in a jail or courtroom.
