I have known and worked alongside Mr. Neece and his Current staff for 20 years or so. I first Met Michael when he was working as a prosecutor for the Gaston County District Attorney’s Office. I worked in Law Enforcement and we prosecuted many case together. Mr. Neece then went into private practice as a defense attorney. We continued our friendship and working relationship for many years. Michael was in my opinion the best assistant DA at the courthouse and knows how to navigate the complex issues that arise in criminal proceedings. As a defense attorney Mr. Neece always went above and beyond for his clients. I witnessed this first hand as he would often be the defense attorney for people that I had charged with criminal offenses. He was always professional, ethical and had a special ability to defend people in a manner I have never seen before. Law Enforcement Officers are great public servants that have a hard job to do. They are not trained lawyers and do make mistakes and omissions. Whether accidental or hindsight. It’s important to know that you are innocent until proven Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court. The police always have a trained prosecutor to assist them with their cases. If you find yourself charged with a crime you should also have an experienced Defense attorney on your side. Michael Neece is truly one of the best I’ve ever known in my years enforcing criminal laws for the state. He is an experienced litigator, honest, ethical and you would be in great hands having him as as your attorney. He knows how to navigate the local court system and is a pleasure to work with. I have used this law firm for many years! Previously it was Philips and when Neece took over I continued to use them. Mr. Neece was able to resolve my case & I couldn't be happier! Anytime my husband or I have traffic tickets he resolves them at a very reasonable price.

Wonderful experience with Attorney Lance Williams even during a not so wonderful time in my life. Mr. Williams made the process smooth, simple and ensured I understood the terms and possible outcomes.
