I used the Law Offices of Ronald Shook for a legal matter that required services that no other attorney could guarantee me success. Mr. Shook along his wonderful staff (kudos to Allison) did exactly what they promised and then some. Not only did I win my case, I also was given undivided attention, anytime I had questions. I have worked with Ronald Shook and his team of superstars for the last few months on a case in both Mecklenburg & Stanley county. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do. What I like most is he explained all scenarios we could take in our legal action and gave me the options of what I wanted to get as a final resolution and then the costs. His prices are on par/average of what you would expect for someone defending you going up against the government who is looking just to get a "win" under the prosecutor's title. Ron helped me with a case and did such a good I job I have enlisted his help on 2 other case after with him. As expected from my conversations with him and Alisson one of his Rockstar's we won victoriously with each case due to his help and knowledge of the law. He is also a person who I feel REALLY STRONGLY knows his second amendment (2A) laws! He would be my definite go to for this area of expertise.

I hired him because I knew him in high school. Little did I know, he's just an immigration attorney. Hiring him did not help me, at all! Honestly, I think hiring him hurt me. Most local lawyers would have known the judges and would have gotten my case continued instead of having me face one of the harshest judges in Gaston County! After speaking with 20+ individuals in the same situation, I realized I got screwed! Others who had cases much, much worse than mine got less probation, community service, etc. After being sentenced, his office didn't want to help! I guess after I've paid them, there's nothing left for them to do. I've asked twice for my paperwork and I've been told they emailed it but I've never received it. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! If you are charged with anything other than immigration, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I would rehire Ron in a minute. Great customer service. He gave me a great piece of mind. Cares about his clients..he enjoys doing what he does and loves a challenge.

Ron Shook was highly recommended to me by another attorney. I was charged with DWI after an accident evidently because I volunteered that I take prescription medications when I was asked by an officer. The police brought in a so called drug recognition expert to build a case against me and I was charged with DWI. I was devastated knowing that I was not impaired, but I did not know how to defend myself against this charge. Ron advised me of his expertise in defense against drug recognition experts and he met with me several times to walk me through my options. Ron explained to me the strengths in my case and the advantages the State has going into the proceedings. Ronald Shook took on my DUI case. He was professional, friendly and funny..( I was very scared) Mr. Shook fought for me and won my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone. As soon as we walked into his office, him and his staff made us feel very comfortable. He explained to us the possibilities of different results of our case clearly, and in a way we could easily comprehend. He was always available to answer our questions and our concerns via phone or in person and it was great to have a relationship with our attorney and we never felt like just a number. On the the last day of the case, he briefed us on the events that would take place leading up to the judges final decision. Mr. Shook took our sons case and done everything possible to get him the very best outcome. He made sure that his future was taken care of. With everything our son had against him he could have served jail time. Mr. Shook made sure that didn't happen. He is a very customer service oriented person and can be reached by phone, text or in person. He goes to battle for you and want stop until he gets the results you are looking for. Also, after all was done we had some hickups that kept showing up and again, Ron came through for our son. All was handled in such a way that it makes you proud to call this man your attorney. He is very friendly and gets long with everyone and don't mind explaining everything even if its more than once so you understand everything happening or that is going to happen. Hire Shook, you can't go wrong by any means. He gets the job done and you want have to loose your house persay in the process by the cost. He is very affordable and gets great results.

mr. shook took my case which was in charlotte nc for a fair fee and had my charge dismissed . ive got to attend a drug education class but i feel mr. shook got me a damn good deal .
