I'm currently with them for disability and not as happy with keeping me informed on my case as I'd like plus I'm not sure who my exact lawyer is?

Do yourself and hire a real lawyer to do your disability claim. They didn't request any updated information to help my case, and i lost. Now I have to appeal without a lawyer and they still expect money from me.

Service at Crumley Roberts was EXTRAORDINARY for me. From the first day I called Crumley Roberts and explained my case. A representative took all my info in a timely matter. Told me the next step to look forward to. The next day a representative was at my home I did not have to leave my house to go into an office. They made everything so convenient. My assigned Representative Yuridia M. Ocampo was always prompt when I called. She answered all questions in a timely fashion and anything I was unsure of she made sure I understood the process. She worked hard to get my demand sent out and I couldnt have asked for better service. I would definitely recommend crumley associates Greensboro office to all friends and family.

I had injured my neck and ended up with a traumatic brain injury my employer terminated me and workers comp was giving me the run around i went to crumley roberts and talked to Mike Brown and Erin Burke they assured me that everything would be ok and now that my case is over they were right. Anytime i called they were right there for me and had the right answers to my questions and everything they said to me was true they looked after me and made me feel very comfortable.
