Aberle and Wall for the WIN! My DUI case was complicated and had been going on for approximately a year and a half previously to hiring Mr Aberle. I originally hired another attorney that had plead guilty in my case, I felt in my heart that the previous attorney did NOT handle my case properly so I decided to seek out another attorney to represent my case. Mr Aberle was very thorough, professional, compassionate and concerned for my future during our consultation. With my sentencing date quickly approaching, Mr Aberle communicated with me and familiarized himself with my case to set up his game plan. Mr Aberle then showed up to court with me and executed his plan. Mr Aberle advanced my case on the sentencing date and had the Judge strike down the original guilty plea. Moving forward to my trial date, Mr Aberle spent countless hours studying my case to make sure he covered all of the bases. Mr Aberle showed up, we took the stand and WON the case.
