Jason is very personable. He is knowledgeable and takes time to know his clients. The staff at the law firm are exceptionally helpful and nice.

I'm having a problem with a company not adhering to its contract with me. Mr. Walker called me on his day off to get specifics and agreed to intercede on my behalf. He was very cordial and gave me a fair, fixed price which I agreed to. It being a holiday weekend, there hasn't been time to carry out his plan, so I can't say if I'm happy with the outcome yet. But I was impressed with the reviews of Mr. Walker that I'd read, so chose to contact him. If this doesn't lead to the settlement I'm hoping for, it won't be his fault, it'll be the company we're dealing with -- I've been trying for months and gotten nowhere.

Let me keep it real. I got busted with some weed. It's not illegal in a bunch of other states, and I wasn't hurting anyone. The charge of intent was totally bogus. I was at a club having a good time. I wasn't working there. I came to Brian Walker's firm because I needed someone who could help me prove it. He took my case and kept me out of jail. He didn't play me, asking for more money and more money. He told me what he could do, and he did it. I paid the man and went on with my life. No harm done.

I came to Brian Walker's practice because I received a speeding ticket on my way home from work. I had a clean driving record, but I was late to pick up the kids from school and I guess I got distracted. I was going well over the speed limit when the state trooper caught me. As a "soccer mom" who shuttles kids across town every day of the week, I was concerned that this ticket would increase my insurance rates dramatically. I was also terrified by the thought of appearing in court. What would I tell my boss? Would I get out in time to pick up my kids? I've heard horror stories about the fees one has to pay to "get out" of a ticket like this. Brian Walker took care of it all for me, at a price well below what I expected and well below those of other lawyers in town. One call and it was done. He was friendly and funny, and treated me with the utmost respect. I didn't have to go to court, my insurance didn't go up, and I'm back to all those soccer practices. At a safe speed, of course!

Brian is down to earth and easy to talk to. He answers my emails immediately and returns my calls with a couple of hours. One time he answered my call at 5:00 am! He was in the office working. He is well thought of throughout Greensboro. We felt like our son was well represented in the courtroom. He was referred to us from a friend who felt the same way we do. We could not ask for anyone better to work on the case.
