I hired this firm to sort out an issue I had with an apt complex in February 2021 in July of 2021 I received a letter advising my case was closed. Between February & July I received NO correspondences from the firm about how my case was going. When I called to find out why my case was closed I spoke to Michelle who advised they never heard from the collector. After that call I received a copy of 3 letters stamped with various dates the firm said they mailed correspondences to the collector. None of the letters were sent registered mail or signature required so who’s to say any of the correspondences were received. The only time I heard from the attorney who was “suppose ” to work my case was to get my $500. I feel like a better job could have been done to keep me in loop. Michelle was the only person who responded to my emails & she was not the attorney who was working the case. This was my first time working with a law firm and I must say I expected more.

Do not waist you're money there not professional .

I highly recommend Triad Legal Group! I was represented by Atty Sharon Dunmore, and I spoke with several other staff during the course of my case. Everyone communicated with me clearly and respectfully at each step of the process. I especially appreciated how Atty Dunmore listened to my concerns about the different potential outcomes and agreed that it was ultimately my choice which option I went with. Although we sometimes missed each other via phone, someone always followed up soon after via phone or email. My contract for services was short and easy to understand, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. I have no complaints.
