I lost my truck to a driver. The driver held it ransom through another client of attorney Brian. When my attorney reached out, after many negotiations with the three it was fruitless. My driver had conspired with another but another had the truck. It's an 18 wheeler with trailer which l had just bought. We went to court but mediation was not possible as they still had lies had repaired my truck. CJ was the final person who lied to have repaired a truck yet he did not even know us but was a group that hijacked it. Brian finally and my arttoney settled l get my truck out of court as they had no case, they couldn't wait for trial. CJ has refused to return the key and instead of Attorney Brian settling this case, he now says oh my client does not have the key to the truck because he nolonger rents the place. Question is this an arttoney answering a plaintiff? Who has my key? How on earth did l not get a call yet we have gone, called and our phones disconnected by his client. Finally Brian says oh good luck ask the other defendants lawyer Randall Holcomb of Greensboro. Randall gets my email, ignores, gets my call through his office. Later writes oh lh no obligation my client does not have the key yet this is the attorney the other defendant told me to ask the key. The irony is it's a property illegally in their hands. To be precise they CJ Jerome Pate, had claimed had the truck but Smith Stewart would be the one with the key but had vowed does not have the truck. We found out Randall Holcomb client would not open, harass the people going for the truck. I have to get my truck l paid for it. I feel this is a black versus white case. Why should l go back to court? What type of defense lawyers are this? .Their job was to help their client return my truck by following the order. Attorney Randall is rude and says it's not his job to tell the client to return the key. So why did you sign the court order. He says there are no instructions how l should get my truck. Are there different ways to return something that's not yours? Rude and unprofessional is the word.
